ABSnet™ is a Windows program that you install on one or more
of your computers at your practice(s). It is very easy to set up,
and only requires that you click on an Internet link and answer a
few simple questions. ABSnet™ currently provides you with
five (5) main features:

A sophisticated scheduler to help coordinate your personnel
and resources. The software is designed with flexibilty in mind
to accomodate a variety of practices, from the solo practitioner to
a multi-provider physician group. Simple to use, our scheduler will
(if desired) remind you of appointments shortly before the patient arrives.
It will print out your patient documents such as your
privacy policy and your new patient demographic questionnaire.
It will generate your reminder cards to mail out before a
patient’s next visit. It will allow you to capture demographic
data at the time the appointment is made. It can instantaneously
find that perfect spot in your schedule that meets the needs of
your patient. We should charge a lot of money for something this
good – but we don’t, and we won’t. It’s included at no extra
charge as part of our service.

A database for storing your patient demographics, notes, and
charges. This information flows automatically to American
Billing Service, where it is immediately available for us to
begin billing with. Faster than any fax machine and less
expensive than any courier. Billing begins the moment you select
your CPT code. From any internet connected PC, you can securely
view your patients and their illnesses, charges, coverage, plus
any notes you may wish to store with their information.
Unfortunately, taking your work home with you has never been easier.

Scanned document storage and retrieval. You’ll never need
to send American Billing Service® a fax. We have one, and you
can, but we don’t use it much anymore. Just scan your documents,
and they are transmitted automatically to our facility where
they are
stored electronically for your (or our) retrieval at any time
24/7.
Review those charts from the convenience of your home office.
We’re able to pull up the notes we need to get you reimbursed
without ever having to pick up the phone and bother you! Not
bad, eh? Plus, for facilitating the ultimate “business
continuity” plan in the event of a catastrophe, all of your data
is safely backed up at our data center. Your practice could be
open for business the very next day!

Extensive reports. We believe you should know what is
going on with your practice, we believe you should know the
status of your claims, and we live our convictions out every
day. ABSnet™ provides you with the ability to run the
reports that you need to stay on top of things at any time. They
will provide you with statistical analysis of everything from
your accounts receivable to your providers and procedures.
Quickly and easily have a look at your cash flow. Find what
procedures are difficult to collect on. Find out how many days
in AR your claims are averaging. These reports also function as
a report card that tells you how well we are doing our job. We
don’t mind a bit.
