RATES / FEES CONTRACT TERMS

• No long term contract required.

• No set-up fee required. We operate on a “pay for performance” model.

• Our fee for service is based on a percentage of the gross collections received as of the end of each calendar month. The percentage rate is variable depending upon the needs of your practice to achieve maximum reimbursement. Our objective is to provide a quality service program to maximize your collection percentage rate, and thereby lower your effective costs.

• On a case by case basis, we will evaluate the cost and effort required to “re-work” old or stale claims which may have been improperly filed by others, and which may still be partially collectible.
